I am the managing director at TIL - The Italian Lawyer which is a London based Italian law firm. We mainly provide Italian and cross-border legal assistance through a network of consultants and offices in Italy and other foreign countries.
Within our professionals, we have Italian lawyers who are also registered with the SRA to offer basic advice on UK law to Italian speaking clients.
From time to time, we also receive organically some pure UK leads.
However, our assistance on UK law is limited to a preliminary assessment and a quick advice on the options they have to sort out their matters. So, we are not able to provide further assistance, if required.
Therefore, we are planning to create partnerships with UK solicitors and accountants to refer those enquiries to.
On the other hand, we look forward to assisting you for any Italian-based matter or any language gap issue with your UK-based Italian clients.
